Sour crop

My four year old polish hen has sour crop. yesterday I noticed her crop was really full so I gave it a feel and it was like a water balloon. I was able to get most of the fluid out and separate her. Today it seems the crop has emptied. What should I do now? I have ACV, herbal antibiotics and yeast cream on hand.

Along with using the miconazole, I'd chill coconut oil and give her a bunch of that. Then massage in a downward motion for a bit. I'd do that a few times a day.
It'd be good to also give her greek yogurt or kefir, she'd benefit from that.
