Sour/impacted Crop? Help Please!

I have a 2 and a half year old hen. I had to isolate her for a while because her flock mates attacked her one day and split the back of her head open. That took a few weeks to clear up completely so she is still isolated until I have a day off work to put her back with her flock mates so I can monitor them. But a few days ago she stopped eating and drinking but she's still acting normal. She doesn't have bad breath as far as I can tell. I gave her a bath the day before so I don't know if she's just got a cold? I got her to drink a couple sips of electrolyte water last night and made her a mash that had electrolyte water in it and got her to eat some of it. I felt her crop and it feels squishy but not like really squishy but it's also not really hard either. Could she possibly just be lonely and that's what's wrong? I couldn't get her beak open so I could use a syringe but when I waved her water in front of her she drank a few sips

What do her droppings look like? Feel her abdomen below the vent and between the legs. Does it feel bloated, either water balloon like, or hard? Compare with another healthy bird if you are not sure. How is her weight? Has she ever been wormed or had a fecal done to check for internal parasites?
Since she was previously attacked by flock mates she is likely ill. They can hide symptoms well, but other birds recognize weakness or illness and will try to drive the bird out of the flock. Crop problems are often caused by something farther down the digestive tract and the crop is only a symptom. Her being attacked and not wanting to eat/drink suggests there is more going on. Reproductive problems are not uncommon in hens over the age of 2.

I am experiencing something similar, mine indeed confirmed has sour crop. Here the link to that thread, there is some good helpful info in it.

I'd start with trying to check her poop as mentioned. My hen was eating and drinking a TON of water. Her poo was green/yellow and very foamy. At first thought was worms and it still could be, although they are not showing up in the poop. But she def has sour crop, her crop was huge and like a squishy water balloon. I was able to get her to vomit two night ago and once yesterday morning and she's been doing ok so far. She's isolated and I've been giving her water down feed.

I felt her abdomen to see if she was egg bound but I didn't feel anything abnormal. She's all healed up from her attack it happened around the end of November 2020. but I've also been kinda scared to put her back in her flock. She's been wormed. Her poop looks runny and it looks white to me because that white stuff that comes out with the poop. I don't know of a vet I can send a fecal to in my area though. She's acted totally normal until a couple days ago

I wasn't thinking egg bound. When egg bound the stance is pretty obvious. Other internal reproductive problems can be there with other symptoms, or no obvious symptoms until it's well advanced. Like some cancers or infections. Do you know when she last laid?

I attached a couple pictures. I just got home and checked her out and compared with one of her sisters and I do believe it is either sour or impacted crop. The last time she laid was Wednesday. I felt her crop and it does feel pretty squishy but she won't let me hold her long enough to smell her breath

If she's recently laid then that makes a reproductive problem less likely. When did you last worm, what did you use, and did you worm because of symptoms, or had a test done confirming a parasite? Internal parasites can be a cause of a crop backing up. If you don't have vet that will run the test for you there are mail in options.

Or you could just worm her with either Safeguard or Valbazen, which will take care of most parasites (except tapeworm and coccidia).
