What should I use to treat her?

I would be tempted to use ivermectin and safeguard for worms, and Corid for coccidiosis. Ivermectin isn't a very good poultry de-wormer, but it could be given by injection, and if a large enough dose is given, it might treat some species of worms. Since her crop is slow to empty, the Safeguard and Corid might be slow to work.
