They have a farm area on the estate. The younger chickens, probably 1-4 months are out walking around in a large area and kids and adults can pick them up. There is lots of supervision there to make sure the chicks aren't injured. The older ones are in a nice run, but can still be seen quite easily. They also have sheep, goats and horses. There are lots of varieties of chickens. More than what I have pictured here. They also have a winery that is open for tours now, too. That is on my list to do next time.Where does the Biltmore have chicken? What kind do they have? Now I want to go check it out....
