Gavin, I am sorry I did not get photos of you and Allison! Kimberly has some on her FB from last summer of us at the Swap but I should have gotten more recent ones. And I did not get photos of Sandy and her hubby while we were all standing there. I can't wait for my Porcelain Silkie eggs from her to hatch!!!! I wanted to get some of her babies but they appeared to be boys so i only got 2 Partridge babies and pray those will be girls.

HAHAHA I had plenty of coffee before 6am. Took some with me - was nice to share with Basil.......but my plugin cup came unplugged so it got cold........
I went with no sleep & was more in a funk and wandering around.

Yeah Mary you watch them and They'll watch you...Then no trouble should come to any of you....WAIT Kimberly is going, There will be Trouble(unless she has her coffee)then smooth sailing!!! lol

Oh and Mary I LOVE my ORPS they are the sweetest hens I own and I know I have a few BOxJG mixes so I hope they are girls and as sweet as the ones I have. Each One of my Orps have a totally different personality. It's funny the one that is great with raising babies has NO personality but great with her babies. One other Orp Loves toes and shoes. She will follow you around just to get to your feet and if a friend/neighbor stops by with painted toenails and flipflops(well she's in troubleeee)!! haha!! I would love to have a Blue Orp or a Chocolate in the future wait and a Splash I love splash chickens!!......Lord I got a bator full and I can't even keep all of those...Stop ME hahaha!!!

I had a great time yesterday!

We started the day by me needing food......no sleep due to the storms, helping test a website, and my stupid dog would not even let me nap I had had plenty of coffee but not enough food!

Funny was pulling through Hardee's drive thru with a crowing rooster in the Jeep!

I lost something, found half of it, and found the other half! OMG AMY I FOUND THE REST OF WHAT I HAD LOST........DOWN IN THE PINK BAG! HOW DID I NOT SEE IT WHILE I WAS DIGGING THROUGH THAT? IT WAS IN THERE WITH ONE OF MY LIGHTERS. Found it when I emptied bag out to do laundry.....had to drop it in there after bathroom break!

At least the pic amy posted on FB did not have the chicken ON my head.

Then there was the "we are worn out" fit of giggles that we got when we stopped for food on teh way back.....

... I think that was contagious......... I think Jackie started that one.

Dragging butt on the way home. Brain disconnects from body after awhile LOL. I was on AutoPilot by the time we hit Shelby..

Drove by the farm on the way home......didn't stop though.

AMY - I did not even notice the supports for that tarp that was flooded were broken! How did I miss seeing that? It was supported so It was about 6 foot high.

I knocked out from 7pm til 9pm - got up when DH came in - almost could not get my wedding band & engagement ring off...... STUPID WRIST.
Looks like it is turning into a good possibility that will be operated on, just waiting to decide what we are going to do about the elbow. I have more specialist appointments, tests, and such coming up...I should be able to make my decision by the middle of the month.

I apologize to anyone that caught me smoking. I usually don't when I go to shows, nor around most people, but being tired & OMG my arm & wrist were killing me.......I smoked in public lol.

Make sure you have lots of coffee for Kimberly since the dog kept her up all night. Of course, she can use sleep deprivation as an excuse for losing count of what she buys....

Patsy- I saw u. Yes I was waiting patiently to talk to shorty. Ppl kept getting in front of me. I finally looked at him with puppy eyes, pouty lip, and said "I believe I have an appointment with you." it worked! Got to chat with him for a few....

Thank goodness for her name tag- Think we all need one!! I was the idiot without a jacket and two young boys running around with pocket knifes. Hey, nobody got hurt and I got to do alot of talking. DH says I am sooo close to being a story on the news ews- lol

Nah........... you gotta kill them to make the news.

I made it back without birds but not from lack of trying...just couldn't find anything on my list. Almost ventured off the list but I was good! Had a nice drive up looking at the mountains in the distance! I was fortunate to meet a couple faces from here I haven't yet met!

I know some others of you were there but hate I didn't run into you!

I was lucky enough to talk to Amy and she has something from my list for me to come get!!!

I bought a transport cage and some waterers. Decided I do need a Yukon or Suburban!!!

Dang dog slept almost all day. DH said she did not make a sound, not even to go out. He had to make her go out and potty , then she tried to come back in without doing anything!
