HEY CHICKEN BUDDIES

How is everyone????? Wow at all of the snow pics and chick pics they are awesome!!!!! Well I started with 20 eggs in the cluk o' bator now im down to 10 I candled them at day 9 and found that they were clear. Let me tell you I found it very hard to see through the dark brown eggs but I found a led lenser light and that did the trick. Ok let me see I got 12 eggs from Beth and I got 8 from John and heres what I have a cookin 1 leghorn 1 EE 2 buff orphangintons 2 red sexlink 1 black sexlink and 3 brown mystery eggs that I have no clue what they are so I will have to play "what u be little chickie"???

I will be going into lockdown on the 18th and the fun will begin and no more hand turning!!! I am thinking of a kinda hand turner that turns them all at once I just got to wait till these hatch first then I will get some more eggs!!!!

Hey snick thoes chicks are awesome I was tellin my honey that I want to meet you soon and get some eggs so I can have some "snick chicks" lol. The 3 mystery eggs that I have are the most interresting im thinking mmmmmmm what kind are they???

yep from what i can tell about 6 of thoes eggs came from your flock so good luck when you set yours!!! I will post pics

Your eggs won't start rockin' and rollin' until possibly day 19. After that you may see it more vigorously. They need to start turning themselves to get into position and it helps to start getting that umbilical cord twisted enough to tear loose after hatch. Unzipping the egg is very helpful with that and to get them started absorbing the yolk. I have helped a few chicks out but notice sometimes they don't do well because they didn't get the chance to twist the cord enough to break it loose and start absorbing. I didn't explain that well but I still think the more they rock and roll the better off they are when hatched.

The only reason I am Nadine on here is because my first name was already taken so I went with Nadine. Not too many with that name. My mother always called me Amy Nadine when she was mad at me. So....basically all my life!

It is my middle name and have been called both so call me whichever you prefer.

The Frizzles are looking good! And I see at least 3 roos maybe 4. And one definite girl. I see a blue and a black but the others are harder for me since that yellow base color can turn into anything. I have been fooled by my little yellows so much.
This was yellow with darker wings like one of yours........
