How many of you are going to the APA show next Saturday in Morganton?

I am hoping to go but my truck is giving me fits so I know I won't be driving it and I do not see renting a car for that. I may ride up with a friend and if so, I hope to see a bunch of you there.

I was going to show my Booted Bantam roo and d'Uccle girl but the girl isn't grown in yet and the roo is having issues with foot feathers. Soft shavings and still they break off. I suppose I could try him on wire since I moved the keets out to a tractor.
I plan to take them to Clemson next month.

So what's wrong with the truck? Cal't get the turkeys off of it?

The transmission in the truck is trying to go out. Leah's boyfriend is replacing the fluid and filter in it now but says I really should get a new trans put in it. I am hoping this will hold it for a while since Terry drives my car now.
You know, I think I started having trans problems about the time the turkeys started making midnight runs in it!

I wondered why I couldn't keep gas in it!

leirob007, are you taking your birds up to Morganton on Sat. to show?

I do not think so. I'm not sure what to do .
My Rooster is in molt ( still took a Blue Ribbon but it may have been dramatically helped by the girls in the trio )
My Girls look great.
But I am most definitely looking into making some shows in the very near future.
My birds have always been breeders. I never thought of them as " Show " birds
I know they are absolutely beautiful so I am looking into the " Show " angle
