Rain! Rain! And more rain! I know it is good that we are getting it but with the rain comes storms and with the storms Jolie runs off.
I heard the storm going this morning and ran outside to call Jolie in but alas, she is gone again. I am so tired of trying to find her after a storm. If I knew it was going to thunder I would put her up but I did not hear anything about thunder for this morning. Sooooo, if anyone sees a huge white dog running past their house, let me know. She is the one with all the briars and cockle burrs in her tail.
Joy, I have some LF Polish in my bator. I have no idea what colors but if any hatch I will not be keeping them. If anyone wants LF Polish I will be selling these. There is only about 4 eggs, I think but could be 6. I am not a Polish chicken lover.
Yesterday was a really good day. Chickychickybaby may not can weld a hammer or saw but her and her DD, Nicole came over and we spent the day (okay, they spent the day) cleaning Leah's Guinea Pig room and rearranging it. Now all the Guinea Pigs are in that one room and the rest of them are out of my den! Yes!
It is awesome now to have my big cavernous den back. Leah has already decided I need a work desk in there so I can get my eggs and wrapping material off the kitchen table.
Well, I am off to deliver a pair of Mille Fleur bantam Cochins to silverduckwing. For it to be raining I have done a lot of business this week. I shipped off a pair to MO and a trio to FL, sold 15 blk copper Marans this morning and have another person coming in the morning to buy 15 assorted chicks. It may be hard to muck through but everyone still seems to have chicken fever!
