Chickens are truly addictive!

Luann Keller, on the BYC here, is on her way down to GA today to trade out some of my Barnevelders and wheaten Marans eggs for even more eggs and chickens.
I thought with her and I both in the triple digits with chickens they did out number people!

Now I know we are out numbered by chickens in SC but hey, better than having too many people around.

Greer High School? The one that used to be on Main Street? I live about 4 miles from the new one.

Well hi Lovemychckens in Laurens, and
welcome-byc.gif

It's such fun to see how many South Carolinians are popping up! A year ago, there weren't many of us.

I have a friend who has an antique shop in Laurens, called South Carolina Trading Post. I've never been there, but he knows his stuff! If you ever go there, tell him Sally says hi. His name is Joe.

Are you in a sub division? Do you have coventants(sp) Pull your Deed and see if there are restrictions. Call your county council person if you don't know your area's codes.

If there are no laws barring livestock your neighbor can just suck wind or sue you. The second will cost THEM money to do. I would try ot find out who the complainer is and leave them a dozen eggs in their mailbox they are probably just jealous.

Can't leave anything in their mailbox, it's against Federal law. But yes, give them eggs and yummy things made with eggs once you know who is the complainer.

This isn't really an old thread- just not a very lively one!
