Juliette, you can certainly mention an ad you have in the BSA section, yes. We'd prefer folks not to actually put the ad in the Where Am I? threads.

Hi Enola,

As you can see I live in Aiken. What is neat though is that my middle name is Enola, it was my grandmothers name! Don't hear it too often. Just wanted to say "hey"!

Everyone safe? We were told a tornado warning was in effect.
It sounded like multiple trains heading here and hail. I grabbed the
cats and tumbled down the basement stairs with multiple scratch marks
from the frightened cats.

My three poor ducks were running around in circles being hit by hail stones.
They appear ok but, might be bruised.

I was told that certain sections of Spartanburg was hit by the elderly couple next door
by their children living there.

Yes, I suppose everyone is busy hatching like mad. I know I have 5 brooders full of chicks, somewhere around 150 now and more hatching every few days. I sell a good bit on weekends and also I have a lot of projects going on that I need to hatch for so I just keep adding eggs to my two bators. Also have some of those Muscovy duck eggs cooking.

The weather is terrific right now and I am glad that bad storm is long gone. I was outside scooping up chickens from day pens when the hail was coming down. I worried about being struck by lightening but my Guardian Angel was with me. Good thing too, considering a new pretty house a mile from us was struck by lightening during that storm and burned down.

I hope every one is having good hatches and I wish you all many more.
