Is there any way you could put up a photo of your swede/pekin cross ducks. How old are they and are they laying.

EDITED TO SAY....I just want to see how big..or small the crests are. Not that it matters, the eggs arent for hatching. Plus I just read again that 1 is laying and 1 isnt.

Hi! I'll try to get pics of the duck girls today. There are 3 young blue girls out there, 2 have small crests and non-crested.
I've got a hundred or so chicks (5-weeks-old to week-old) to get pics of, so I can decide who to offer for sale --- Silkies, Serama, Ameraucana, Rocks, and some Frizzle green-eggers.
I'm bathing 'inside critters' this morning. 1 dog down, 1 dog and 3 cats to go --- and 2 of the cats have never been bathed, wish me luck!

Hi! 'Wash Day' went smooth as silk.
Here are the blue duck girls: Just started laying and should start soon.
There are three young males available also (a Pekin and 2 mixes).
Still haven't got chick pics, but soon.

I was talking to a girl I work with about chickens and all that good stuff and some how I mentioned I found this lady that breeds Blue Jersey Giants locally and she has silkies and lots of other breeds and so on and so on...Well she asked me if you ever put your birds in a fair.? Cause she thinks she saw your little silkies at the upstate fair. I made the comment you where from Aiken. Just wondering if we are talking about the same person, she thinks we are!!! PS And if I wanted a list of all the breeds and other things you have should I email you and you can send a list or how do you perfer that? I just don't want to miss out on anything!!

thanks...trying to get the details hammered out with the company this week...would like to be situated by the begining of dec...job will probably be in newberry...any recomendations for country areas to live with good school districts?

YANCY! I will be sooo jealous if you get JGs! I want some as well. If you visit Mr. Crawford in Hodges, let me know, I might go with you. You will be passing awfully close to my house- I live just a couple of miles off Hwy 25. (Yancy and I graduated high school together.)
