They only cooperated for a second, sitting on the little up-turned basket. Then they went running for the aquarium where they are currently living. I don't want them to go outside!

They are very cute! And did I detect a bit of stinkeye in one...lol Honestly they are adorable...Dipsy I took the 3 younguns I got from you out in the run today...oh my I have created monsters...pecking and running and flapping...but come dusk they went right in the coop door and found their roost. They will be so disappointed iin the weather change tomorrow....lol

Hi Margie! I bet they had a blast.
I kicked all the youngsters around that age outside last week. Ran a cord to their house and hung a couple of shoplights with 75W bulbs... then forgot to go back and turn on the lights!! It was only 30* that night and they were all fine, but I felt like a DOPE for forgetting them.
Everybody has been enjoying this weather the last few days --- even the little bit of rain hasn't been bad, because it's balmy rain.
You all with horses --- did you get a chance to go for a ride in the snow? I was wallowing in nostalgia and remembering the rare occasions we had snow and horses down in GA. It always seemed magical.
