My RIR brrody, she originally hatched out 5 EE, but the longer she stayed broody after that initial hatch it was like she started getting careless, becuase she broke all 5 eggs that were left over a period of a few days. Ans now, she is not broody and back to "normal." Maybe yours is slowly snapping out of it too??

when 1 of my RIR went broody. But, like i said earlier, she hatched out 5 EE so I was quite impressed with her, and she was a good mother to them as well.

I've got both bators full so the eggs I'm getting now are to fill eating egg orders! That's why I probably won't give her any. I've been a busy bee this spring/summer. BUT I MUST SAY THAT I LOVE THE BUSINESS!!!

Oh, if I lived closer I would look at all your colors and take some off your hands. I adore my lavs but am wanting to eventually get some blues and duns and what not. I have a good many of the pearls growing up and will be glad they can free range but other colors would be great for a laying pen. We have been talking about pens in the Guinea fowl section.

Wish you were closer, I could fix you up with some beautiful coral blues, browns, chocolates, royal purples.....

I wish eggs were not such a hassle to ship I would send you guys some nice colored guinea eggs to try hatching. I have a pantry full of eggs and now we have decided to take a hatching break. I really need to clean the Sportman--fluff everywhere!
