hey yall well its been a long time since ive been on here and wow alot has happend. Well i have 29 chickens and they well at least half should be laying but no i am getting 1 or 2 at the most and i feed them egg maker and scratch and still aint getting eggs so i am asking what is going on????

the only thing I keep hearing over and over nationwide is the Heat.. it has hens that are normal healthy layers laying less or not at all.. and young birds from spring that should be laying by now just arn't and its everywhere not just here in the south? weird I know.. but what ya gonna do but wait?

thank you pink i thought i was doing someting wrong or not doing something. oh the egg maker is laying pettets or laying mash as some call it. yeah i have some spring chickens and some 1 year olds that lay good but i guess the heat is the reason. thanks for the info
