Hey everyone! Sorry long time no chat. Welcome to all the new people!!! Busy times, took a new job (now I only handle freight for UPS) so I've been busy. Lost a BLRW pullet last weekend to something but I swear she joined the circus. Did a Backyard Chickens booth at the Albino Skunk Fest and was a big hit, and I think it helped that I brought Elly the Silkie pullet. How adorable is this little girl? She just walked up to me and took her out of my hands bless her heart. They were best buds for about 30 mins.

Just an FYI to anyone, if you want a pair, I've got a pair ready to go of a black frizzle and smooth roo. I have another one but the frizzle went broody!!! They're goign with Amy to Morganton to be sold so if you wants pics, just PM me.

Birds are disappearing from the run and when free ranging. I have some that always free range - roosters - and they seem to be disappearing early early in the morning. Not been able to find or catch anything at night. Everyone is molting too so I have feathers everywhere so IDK what came from who.

We were worried about me going - due to arthritis and migraines my time doing anything fun is very restricted. I had a migraine 4 days last week. Was great to have a beautiful headache free day that was Saturday. I am still tired, but feeling good today too. Saturday morning, we went by to pick up my prescription refill, and it did not come in on the truck so we were worried I would need them, but I have stayed headache free since Friday!

I have 2 Wheaton Ameraucana gals and want a Roo ...Amy has me on the waiting list for a blue but I am wondering what my chickies will be if I cross colors? I was thinking maybe this isnt such a good color choice even though I LOVE that color? Advice Please!!
