DH's grandpa on his mom's side used to raise bees way way way back in the day. He used to caponize roosters too
I use Firefox but the pages still jump all over the place. I tried IE since we have it but it was worse on there. It is a shame to have a fairly new hard drive and still not have good results on this new upgraded BYC.

I can't even have them in my yard. Unless they do not sting LOL! All stings cause anaphylactic shock
Lauren Chickens don't usually get broody until they are ready. Their hormones have a mind of their own.My PQ silkies lay a few eggs and get broody. One will set on an empty nest for weeks. Sometimes both of my hens were setting on the same nest of eggs. Right now they are laying occasionly but are not going broody. Guess it is the weather.![]()
Buff Orps are supposed to be real broody. In 3 years, I have only had 1 go broody. I have had as many as 10 hens down to 5 now. My black javas usually were broody once or twice a year.
I am using Chrome again and it is definately better on BYC. Not sure why it crashed this morning.
