I saw my first blue Orp at the farm at Biltmore House and Gardens. I knew then I really, really wanted one. The color is just so pretty. If you don't remember this post, someone on here can tell you who has them.

Southern Bee (Mary Bell). she lives in Pickens and has the most beautiful Orps and also Silkies. She has some Blue, some Black and some Splash. I am not sure about the difference in the blue and lavender, but think the lavender is a lot lighter. She really is pretty. I was pretty sure she was a girl from the beginning because she feathered in so fast. Now the other one her age has a comb developing and she doesn't. I am feeling even better about her name getting to stay the same.
Mary also has the BEST creamed honey!!!

HI everyone! Dropped in for a moment to see if anyone needs some Faverolles? We have some for sale. There are 3 cockerels and 3 pullets. They are 14 weeks old~they are not show quality birds but would be a start for someone or just some interesting layers. PM me if interested--we are in Jasper Co. outside Ridgeland.

I need to get on here and catch up on what everyone is doing! I do like those Blue Orps too!

28 chicks - no pasty butts and busy eating and drinking! One spunky chick flew out of the box at me. They all look so perky and seem to be quite comfy in their new home. So EXCITED! I'll post pics when we get home from brunch!
