We just finished our coop and got our first 4 hens and 1 roo.

I got my first egg today also!

Technically, Im in Iraq.... deployed till Mid APril 09...

But, I do have a home in Valdosta, GA and in Jacksonville, FL..

Welcome, and it will really be nice to meet some of you... There is a poultry show of some sort in Lake City, Fl... second week of Jan, just in case your interested??

And from what I have gathered there is a breeder of DOminique chickens in Ray City... so, very close to you all...

I have called the Ray City guy a few times over the past weeks. He has not returned my call yet. He might be on vacation.
