I just moved to South Orange, NJ and as luck would have it--my township is the only township that does not allow chickens. I will be raising three bantums and they will live in a coop. My yard isn't fenced in to allow them to roam. My frist thought was to pick the coop on the grass (but visible to street) or under patio (but no grass). My question is how much trouble are we talking here? And can the township go on my property while I am at work?
