I think the Del Mar fair is coming up at the end of June.

No del mar its been on but the birds first day will be tueday adn they leave the following monday so a week there

I might have a broody!! Hedwig, my Serama has been sitting for the last hour... very unusual.... she already laid her egg, I saw it under her! I put her egg from two days ago next to her, and she tucked it under. ...

I don't have an incubator, and I've been DYING to have a broody mama. She'll probably hop off in like 10 minutes, now that I've posted this, but send me your "good broody" vibes if you will!

my shamo is broody but has no eggs... ARGHH!!... she's been broody over a month now... i gave her some eggs, but something took them... so i dunno what to do with her now... i took out her nest boxes today, hopefully that will break her... or i might seperate her and give her some OEGB chicks... but i'm scared... she's gigantor compared to the OEGB chicks... LOL...

I think I jinx myself with my high hopes. Just as I expected, 30 minutes after I posted, she was out of the nest, and back on her perch, ready to come out and play some more.

Oh well. What is meant to be, is meant to be.....
