Excellent idea to separate her from the flock for a little while.

Perhaps apply some aloe vera on your bald butt hen, she can get sunburn there without her feather for cover.

Also watch out for flies in summer as they sometimes lay eggs on chicken's bum bum. I had a bald butt girl and flies were chasing her like crazy in the hot weather.

Life is good with chickens.
