Thanks Austin! I did get light brahma bantams from Ideal! You wouldn't have a pic of yours when you first got them, would you? I'm having a heck of a time trying to tell the difference between them and the blue bantam cochin chicks.

I ordered chicks from Ideal the other day that are shipping on 11/24. I'm so excited. I'm a little nervous about what I'm going to do with all my packing peanuts. If I ordered 14 chicks, how many extras do you think they'll stick in?? My husband will kill me, he is not very excited about my chicken obsession.

Andora, I ordered 9 chicks and they sent 8 extras. Miss_Jayne and I have another order coming on the 24th too! But together she and I have 25 chicks in that order, all standards.
With our orders being shipped the last of November, I'm going to guess there will be A LOT of packing peanuts, as it's probably going to be quite colder by then. If you ordered 14 chicks, I'm gonna guess they'll send you at least 8-10 extras. But who knows...a lot depends on how many extras they have on hand compared to how many orders they have to ship.

I ordered 14 too so expect no less then 9 hard to rehome roos lol
