Hopefully. He got 6 things removed and one of them the vet is worried could potentially be cancer
How old is he? I brought my 12 year old cat in to get something removed from her lip last year (poor thing tried to climb back up my shirt when I started to send her back) and even though I was so sure with her age it would be something cancerous, it turned out to be benign. It's always better to know no matter what, though.

He is 6. The reason she was worried was because it had gotten substantially bigger since his last visit only a couple months ago

Always get a biopsy as soon as you notice something. It costs to do it but it may end up saving you more to find out early on. I'm surprised your vet left it unless you just chose not to, which makes more sense.
