Yes my kid is not cooperating on given a list. Only a couple things that are too expensive. Other family members are asking what to get him. I'm like bets me I'm having my own trouble picking things.

My mom said for christmas she didn't want to cook the whole month. Let me tell you something, i have a sister and a dad, my dad rarely gets home in time to cook, my sister is still learning what 'clean up after yourself' means, and i can cook but not the kind of things my dad likes. I can grill you a porkchop, but not in this weather!!

I'm considering having my mom give the boy a prepaid credit card. So ya like cash that he can spend as he goes. I'd make him go through me but maybe it'd help him make smart decisions and learn how fast money disappears. Idk

Its kind of become a tradition every year we all go out to the mall to do some shopping and get like hot chocolate or something, so I do a lot of my Christmas shopping then

We drive around and look at Christmas lights during Christmas with hot chocolate. The malls here supposedly aren't as good as the ones in California.

We used to go around our neighborhood in a wagon looking at Christmas lights while drinking hot cocoa... Now, that's not really possible out here in the country, lol.

We normally go to the Mall of America. It's a bit of a drive but it's super cool at Christmas time

We have neighborhoods here with actually good setups.

Last year there was this place that charged a fortune to see their lights. Mom said that she could see the inside of it from the freeway, and people who actually went said it wasn't that great.
