Special request-prayers please

Paula,
Ok, if you say so, maybe my resources off. I'm always open to learning new things. However, I do know that it can cause contractions. I think a previous poster mentioned this. I quit taking everything except alfalfa with my two kids. Either way, if you feel confident in your position all the more power to you. It seems like you already know your stuff as it is, taking RRL and all. It always best to go as natural as possible.

I have read thru a massive thread/diary, of dozens of ladies that have followed the ancient practice of RRL throughout pg. All of them saw and are seeing, remarkable results.
Yes, it does strengthen contractions, but only when you are actually having contractions.
It strengthens and thickens the uterine wall and lining, and causes the egg to burrow in and stick much harder.
It also raises progesterone.
Something I badly need, and the reason I have had 6 msc to date.
I have tried every other trick in the book, so I have nothing to lose with this one

Paula,
Well, I am really happy for you and that is some excellent information! Thank you! Of course a good diet is also key, too, but it seems like you've already got that all covered with the WAP diet. Oh, I hope you are blessed with a new baby!

Paula,
I was so excited I forgot to ask you whether you read Mothering magazine? I bet you do, lol.
BUT, if you don't you should definitely check it out at mothering.com. I think you'll really like it there.

Lol, that is so awesome!
It's always nice to find fellow crunchies. B)
But seriously, if you have any other issues let me know, ok?
Good luck, Paula!

Crunchy is typically a person who uses herbal remedies, eats organically, nature conscious, and of course open minded to other ideas that aren't mainstream. Crunchy parenting is usually parents who use attachment parenting. Some parents who practice attachment parenting co-sleep, wear their babies in a sling, use herbal remedies, cloth diapers, extended breastfeeding, no processed food, homeschooling, mom usually does a natural birth. A lot of parents that I have met that are crunchy also don't vaccinate or do a delayed schedule.

Being "crunchy" is really nothing new. It's not some fad, but merely a name given to parents and people who enjoy natural, healthy living. Most people I meet who are crunchy are open minded, intelligent people who do lots of research before making parenting decisions. I hope this answer give you some good insight. What do you think, Paula?
