That one is a boy, the wattles are one thing and the more prominent comb is another.

Here is more pictures of him/her. S/he has the reddest, longest one. A few of them developing more than others as well. Now I wonder if I have more.

Thank you so much for updating this....I have a Sussex with a larger comb that I am still hoping is a pullet, this gives me hope!

I hope it turns out the way you wish for. yes, some has big wattles/combs, some very small. So, fingers crossed for your Sussex.
