Our daughter named her Willow. She is smaller than the others and they are plucking her feathers out. Hoping to find her a better home!

Where are you located?
Pecking is normal. She must be to bottom of the pecking order. When you move her the pecking order will change and a new chicken will be at the bottom.
If you would like to keep her, we can recommend ideas to try.

Good luck with finding a new home. If this chicken gets pecked a lot I probably would choose to rehome her too.

Another possibility is to reset the social behaviour of the peckers.
Do all the bigger chickens peck or just a few? If its only a few you could try this:
Add another /a couple of other small chickens/ bantams of the same size. Put the peckers in a separate coop on the same day. Is this going okay after a few weeks? Wait a week more and try what happens if you add the peckers to the flock.

edit/ps:
Rehome only if you find someone with a single small chicken or a flock of easy going bantams for her.

@Manhatenbeachchickens
Moving a single bird might be rough on her no matter where she goes.
Tell us more and we may be able to help you fix this issue.
-your flock size(numbers, ages, genders),
-your coop(size in feet by feet with pics),
-and what and how exactly you are feeding,
might offer clues to if there is a solvable problem.
