My hen is laying a speckled egg is that bad how do I fix it

Speckles are not necessarily bad things. Different kinds of speckles are caused by different things, but are rarely a problem.

I had a Langshan hen who laid pixelated eggs.

I have seen that kind of specking a few times with my girls' eggs. It was just some variations in the pigment, I believe.

Nothing to worry about or fix.
Those look like excessive bloom speckles.

'Speckled' eggs can happen for several different reasons...very few, if any, of which are a 'problem'.
Can be caused by:
Excess or uneven pigment coating.
Excess or uneven cuticle(bloom).
Excess calcium deposits.
Porous eggs can appear speckled.
Some birds lay them consistently, some only once in awhile.
The pigment or bloom can change appearance when wet, then change back when dry again.
As long as bird is getting a good diet and is healthy in every other way, it is no cause for concern.

Yea shes been laying for a month I have Oyster shells in a separate dish for when they need calcium
