Speckled Sussex m or f

Hi. I have 2 speckled sussex chicks - both supposed to be pullets, but I am suspicious of one. They are 3-3½ weeks old, and one looks like a cockerel to my amateur. What do you think?

Going strictly by the comb and wattles, right is a boy.

At this point the one on the right looks like a cockerel.
Also, unless it is just the lighting? it looks like it has yellow legs, which is a serious fault if trying to breed to standard. (doesn't matter if just for personal enjoyment)

Thanks, everyone. And yes, his legs are a bit more yellow than the girl, but the light also makes them look more yellow than they really are. Happy chicking!
