I am going to go with pullet. I had one that is now 6 months that looked exactly like that. She just layed me a nice little egg today. First one!

But I am definately thinking pullet.

I'm guessing pullet but I also wonder if she's mixed? She seems more red than mahogany.

And mine started laying right at 30 weeks but I believe there is a lot of variability.

Hmm...I would guess pullet. Speckled sussex seem to get combs ealier...I've seen alot of posts like yours. Is she freindly by the way? I'm looking into getting one.

How old
