Agreed. AND, an all-round good friend, as well. Ladyhawke has been so sweet to me, calling when I was recovering from my broken ankle to cheer me up and occupy my mind for a couple of hours. I so appreciated that!

I have one pair of jeans that are I wear to clean the coop and run...those are my chicken pants. And yes, they have been washed.

I hear ya on the quilting...there are some days I just cannot bead for very long because of the lighting...either the natural light or the artifical light is not enough and is causes eye strain. I find that mainly when I am working with the light colors...funny huh?

Ah you are most welcome. I enjoy our conversations because we laugh and discuss such a wide range of things...mainly our chickens but that is all good. I am sure Tom dreads my calls.... in his mind I can hear him saying to himself "Now she's gone for a couple of hours".

Oh and to make certain...I called Delta. Birds are not allowed in the passenger area of the plane and I would never allow Suede to fly less than first class much less cargo so...snatching him is out of the question. LOL

I had initially thought of doing Zane because I was so afraid you were going to lose him...and after losing Hawkeye it would be a shame to not have something like that of one of them but...I am afraid I would mess up the barring or not get it sized right. Now I am thinking Zane would have been easier than Suede tones. LOL But I think Zane is handsome and all but he is not the blue tank....the blue tank is just special.

They're all special to me, but to see that enormous rooster following me all over the yard and coming when I call him is a real hoot! He's a special guy for sure. Oh, yeah, he'd have to fly First Class!
