I’m not sure this is the right place to ask, but has anyone gotten chicks/ducklings via speedee? in 2024 I tried to get ducklings through sand hill and after 2 attempts arrived dead I asked them to quit trying. Today I got a letter saying I’ll be getting my order using speedee. Do they actually deliver to your door? Or do they call like usps does?

Sandhill is poor hatchery, I'd stop ordering from them.
I can't find anything on their delivery system.

Hey, why? I've had trusted Ancona duck breeders name them as one of the very few named holders and breeders of the original Holderread lines. My USPS distribution center has consistently delayed packages of eggs by several days and they'll arrive rotten, so issues with live chicks, I'd be inclined to think happened across the distribution center or local office, who's left fragile boxes on their side, delivered leaking boxes, and left "live embryo" boxes in the sun, away from my door

Hey, why?

It appears speedee shipping is a scam.
Sandhill had good birds. HAD. Unfortunately , in the last 8 years or so their health has been declining and the birds have suffered in quality since then. Almost everything is mixed now or so poor quality that it's worse than the worst hatchery.

Soo, did the shipment arrive ... alive?
