@FortCluck I have a recipe for you! Do you ever make Ratatouille? I make this one by Suzanne Sommers and it's very good!

In fact, I recommend this book, not because you need to diet, but because she has several really good vegetable/carb dishes that could easily be adapted to your vegan style. Or just flip through it in the bookstore for ideas.

Finally finished getting Hoshi the gecko’s tank cleaned and upgraded AND got to have my scone for dessert Did not get all my other work done though

I'm rooting for the scone!!! But, it's always a nice feeling to get one of our pets environments clean! An ongoing endeavor!!!

His tank looks much better now. He is very tidy in his..erm...bathroom habits but he throws calcium powder and moss everywhere


BTW the scone was delicious. And definitely better for waiting until chores were done.

Paid $10 for half a dozen, I think that's the most I've paid so far.

My minestrone was amazing! I added the chickpea pasta in it after I reheated a bowl. It was WAY better than the canned stuff. To think I was about to eat a can of progresso over that
