Splash marans 17 weeks

Hi im new here. Please may you be able to tell if my marans is a pullet or cockeral. Im leaning towards cockeral. Hatched from a dark egg bcm parents. 17 weeks old no crowing. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you. He hatched 4 days late we called him late surprise. I guess he truely is. Now to look for a nice home.
