Splash Orp Hen or Roo?

Okay, 16 weeks old now. No crowing, mounting, dominance displays...etc.

What do you think?

Still think they are girls. You should see more of a comb from an orp boy at this point

These Orps have rosecombs due to the Dominique in the line (to get the cuckoo). That's what has made it so annoying

Girl. If boy the hackles would be much more pronounced and some saddle feathers starting in

That is a girl. A male would have a larger comb and wattles by this time, and would likely have grown in pointy saddle and hackle feathers.

Thanks y'all! Believe me, I've been checking Pongo (now renamed Dotty!) every day for saddle feathers since she was 8 weeks old, LOL. I'm SOOO HAPPY

And Dotty's happy she gets to stay! I love this picture from several weeks ago. haha!
