Splash Sumatra pullet or roo?

Without the tail feathers I couldn't say for sure really. I just said she rather than it I reckin.

They do molt sometime around 13 weeks give or take a couple weeks. Mine started around 12 weeks and one noticeably lost tail feathers all at the same time. The others just here and there.

Here is a couple pic of my splash sumatra hen. They are not very good egg layers and are more for looking pretty in you flock. Sorry if they're not good pics. She's a little difficult to photograph sometimes. She does have a pink comb.
