I am still feeding chick starter feeder. I was told to keep them on this until 4+ months. She/he had a lot of tail feathers before. It seems like one they moved outside to their coop that the tail feathers slowly started to be missing and scattered all over their run. I think the silkie may be pulling them out as the silkie is the dominant one now and has no tail feathers missing. What are you feeding? Are the tail feather falling out? Being pulled out? Just not grown in yet?

So looks like a she to you? I know last time you thought she might be a he...really hoping for a she (aren’t we all lol)Must be feather pulling then. Yes, keep her on chick feed until she starts laying. They need the higher protein.
