Hi have a 2 day old chick with legs that are not splayed clear out to the sides but they are further apart than normal. It was clumsy the first day but walked around well so I didn't do the bandaid treatment to wait and see. Now day 2 it's walking around faster but trips sometimes and legs are just a bit wider span than normal still. I had the thinking that band aids should be the last resort, but perhaps someone with more experience in a moderate splayed chick can help me decide.
