Splayed legs, need help

This is our first time hatching, and our last chick won't walk. Searched to find she has curling toes on both feet and badly splayed legs. Made shoes for the toes and it's a bit better, but hobbling the legs isn't working. She won't walk.

Ok, we'll it looks like it may be a rolled Achilles' tendon. Problem now is that it won't stay in place and there are visible sores on the swollen joints. Thoughts?
