Ok I suffer from anxiety attacks, and I get achy. I haven't had this checked out, but I have antiphospholipid antibodies, which could mean nothing or everything.

Anyway, while reading, I saw that Aspartame can cause anxiety...and all sorts of other ugly stuff..so I was wondering about Splenda...

So tell me what you think.

Thanks!!!

Personally I think the stuff is nasty. I know that aspartame can cause an allergic reaction in people that are allergic to, I THINK, grapefruit.

I love splenda.

Can't stand aspartame.

I love good ol' fashioned sugar better.

Different strokes for different folks.

I can't stand the taste of Splenda, but my mom use to use it and finally figured out that's why she was having migraines.

I'll either have sugar or nothing.
Like I'll only use BUTTER, or nothing at all.

don't like it !

I use Stevia it is a natural plant extract. i get it from the health food store. it comes in liquid drops or packets.

Try it !

I use Sweet n Low now instead of Splenda. I think its cheaper. I use it to make sweet tea and I have noticed that if I have been drinking it all day, it makes me nauseous at night.

I've never known anything other than Equal or Splenda. Never had any problems with either. I've been a type one diabetic for about 15 years now, so I don't have too many other options. I do like Stevia though! Unfortunately, I've had a hard time finding it around here.

Splenda causes, umm, "tummy issues" in me

. I have friends that gave it up for the same reason. So, it's plain old fashioned sugar for me.
