Putting a sponge in incubator should I put
The sponge in with the maximum amount of water it will hold
Or should I squeeze some water out of the
Sponge ( lockdown)

Do you have a hydrometer in your incubator? For the first 18 days it should be around 50%. During lockdown it should be 70%. Good luck!
