Spot on comb

I noticed a spot on one of our pullets combs.
She's acting normal, should I be concerned?

How old is she? The red mark looks like a pecking injury, if that is what you're looking at, and I am assuming the white is because of the lighting. You shouldn't be concerned, she'll be fine, but you can spray Vetrycin on it to quicken the healing process!

She's about 4.5 months old. None of the other 3 girls have anything similar on them.
