Spot on face

My 20 week old RIR seems to have a black mark on her face and I am not sure if it is something to be concerned about. We just got back from visiting the grands and I am pretty certain she didn’t have it before we left a week ago. Attaching picture. Any thoughts? Thanks

ps I can’t get over how much they grew in a week.

Thanks. She is the loner if the group so that could be it. Will keep a close watch on her. If I have a favorite it is this sweet bird.
