I think its a mottled orpington, but im not sure.

Speckled Sussex was the first thing I thought too, but then I noticed that the chicken in this thread only has black and white. Speckled Sussex have quite a bit of brown (dark brown, but still different than black.)

So I think Mottled Orpington is more likely for this one.

What color are the soles of the feet? Javas have yellow skin. This bird looks to have white.
