Spraddle leg question

I have a not even day old baby chick that has way bad spraddle leg-it looks like a toad sitting-it cant move like the others and has a fat belly. If I put a bandaid around its legs to keep them together it trys to walk and trips. Is this really what I should do? Poor thing. all the others are fine

Some people have had success with adding vitamin B supplements to the water.

Chicks will throw a fit often when first getting use to it, but after awhile they will calm down and figure it out. Good news is often it only takes few days for their little legs to get corrected.
