I have a bad knee, ankle & foot, result of a car accident years ago... I know your pain.

when i did mine, doc told me I'd been better off breaking my ankle. Physical therapy for months

just kidding. day 3 and it looks the same as that picture. i wonder what a good non-narcotic pain med would be. the vicodin is working fine but i go back to work friday and i can't work on vicodin.

I've found Aleve or the offbrand (Naproxen Sodium) to be the absolute best at getting rid of pain.

That is what my doc told me back when I did that. It took a little over a year, and for years I could re-sprain it easily. Um, Learn from my Fail: do the exercises and keep doing them. Forever. Being imobilized drives me nuts. Hugs.
