So I took the advice and got Niacin ...we put it in their water but I read brewers yeast is also good...wondering if that would be better considering alot of water is wasted when the splash. We put her in a large dog cage w food n water. She is resting. Tried to splint it but that seemed to aggravated by it and was moving around more so we took it off. The other 3 sisters are inside next to the cage keeping her company ...is there anything else we can do and what signs should we be aware of that it is getting worse. We want to try this before a vet

If it's only sprained you need to keep the splint on to prevent further damage to the injury.

I cannot say for sure 100%, but when we (the flock) have had mild sprains, we did not splint it, just kept them quiet, and any time floating in lukewarm water to get the weight off and increase circulation in the leg ought to help.

I would agree with Amiga. Splinting will be difficult and if not done correctly could further damage the leg. I would keep her quiet and give her some alone swim time to exercise the leg.
