Spring 2008 Orders

Oh had to jump in here, Marans, Welsummers for sure for me this spring. But I really need to be able to get chicks, haven't ventured into the world of incubators yet. Although I have a Buff Orp that just went broody on me (and she is SO cranky). Too cold for babies now, so I keep pulling the eggs and she just keeps on setting, silly girl.
Hey Cynthia, the Blue Orps are getting feisty so if you still want to mix the gene pool, I will be separting them all in about a month or so, so when they really go to it there won't be any oops.

I haven't decided for sure but I've narrowed the list to
Buff Orpingtons
Black Australorps
Red Sex Links
Golden Laced Wyandottes
Ameracaunas

possible two of each although DH is saying no more than 6 total. We'll see?
Anyone else asking for a chick brooder for Christmas??
