Spring 2017 first timers post!

Ours coming first week of april, kids on Spring Break and we realized the chicks are coming and we could not go to Disneyland, they are ok with it they want to be with the chicks

I think April 24. That's my spring break - I wanted to be able to spend lots of time with them.

I also posted on our local forum to see if anyone wants to go in with me on an order from MPC- at least we could split the shipping charge.

Aw, they will love them. Mine are coming in a week and a half, can't wait! My broody has been sitting almost 3 weeks now, so she just needs to hang on a little longer.

It was more like they had a pick up date on my birthday and it gives me extra time to finish the coop and I'll be able to put the little ladies outside out of my sunroom sooner since it'll be warmer, hopefully.

Hello everyone! We raise Coturnix Quail but today picked up our very first chickens! 4 day old Rhode Island Reds. They are so sooo cute. They all seem to be eating and drinking. Kinda hang out in the brooder 1/2 way between the heat and the cooler side so I hope we're good. Hope to get better pics later.
