Oooooo! Appleyards! Ron would kill me if I got more ducks, and actually I'm glad we got out of ducks, but I do love Appleyard ducks... especially the bantams!

I plan to have some bantam ducklings- Black East Indies. They are just too cute!

Hi. I have never been to an event out of Maine but sure have enjoyed the ones we have had here. Does anyone know how far this one is from Taunton Mass? I am also looking for silkie, bantam cochin and frizzle hens. Is anyone bringing any for sale? Fairly new to this so hope to hear from some people.

Is Taunton, MA that close to shay's?? Hmmm, there is another rabbit show there that day too....

Laura, it is still early March and it is Maine. Isn't there something called snow that's supposed to be here?? The kids tried to sled on what little remains along the edge of the pine trees. A slow speed crash into said pine trees put an end to that. So they dragged all their spring/summer stuff out of the garage instead and cooked supper on the grill. I'm not sure there will be much ice left on the lake after this upcoming week.

Well..... Shay's is a little over 3 hours, that's close for most anything we do from Maine

Rabbit/Cavy show. That's not that far, but than again we live almost 30 minutes to the nearest city and that's small too

The capitol of Maine is not even that big...
